Is made via "PayPal" using their secure server and credit cardacceptance system. No Card details are held on this web site to help us to maintain the highest possible security level for our customers.

Ajadica Money Guarantee and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your Ajadica purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from this catalogue, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the goods, in accordance with your wishes. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. The post and packaging charge and return postage costs are not refundable. If you return an item for an exchange, you will not be charged for the postage and packing.

Due to the handcrafted and one-off nature of many of our products, variations in actual goods may occur. Wherever possible, we shall inform you of any changes when you place your order, and you may return any item should it fail to meet your expectations. If there are supply problems with products we will endeavour to offer alternatives or similar choices.

Every care has been taken to portray and describe goods accurately. All our measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. All information was correct at the time of going to press.

Delivery (retail)

Delivery charges are £3.95 per address (UK only).

Delivery charges to the Channel Islands and addresses outside the UK will be confirmed but on average add 10% – 40% of the value of the order.

If you have purchased from us or have created an account with us, we may occasionally update you via email to announce special discounts or new features.
